WKB advised VBG Group on the acquisitions of Tüschen and Zimmermann and its local subsidiary
WKB lawyers advised Ringfeder Power Transmission (a division of the listed VBG Group) on the acquisition of the industrial brake business of Tüschen und Zimmermann.
WKB provided Ringfeder with comprehensive legal support on Polish aspects of the transaction during the entire acquisition process, including advising on the transaction’s structure, employment aspects, and transaction documents.
The interdisciplinary WKB team was led by Anna Wojciechowska and included Anna Kratiuk and Dominika Zdunek from WKB’s German Desk team, supported by Agata Miętek Ph.D. (employment law team), Adrianna Kucharska (real estate team), Sebastian Woźniak (M&A team), Łukasz Czekański and Rafał Mierkiewicz from tax law team.
