WKB advises Lisner Holding on the acquisition of 100% of Graal Group from its current shareholders

WKB Lawyers advised Lisner Holding sp. z o.o., a member of the UTM (Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller) group, on the signing of a preliminary share purchase agreement for 100% of shares in Greenwich Investments sp. z o.o., the parent company of the Graal Group.

As part of the transaction, Lisner will acquire part of the Graal Group’s canned fish, ready-to-eat meal, and marinade production and distribution business. The final share purchase agreement is conditional on receiving the consent of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (the UOKiK).

WKB will continue to support Lisner in the next steps of this transaction, including in connection with submitting a notice of the intent to concentrate.
