WKB assisted the Avia Capital fund in acquiring a majority stake in HADATAP
WKB lawyers advised AVIA Capital Fund I SCA SICAV- RAIF on joining HADATAP sp. z o.o. as a strategic investor. WKB provided the fund with comprehensive legal support, including due diligence, as well as the conclusion of an investment agreement and shareholders’ agreement. As a result of the transaction, the Avia Capital fund acquired a majority stake in HADATAP.
The transaction was led by Jakub Jędrzejak (partner) and Małgorzata Studniarek (managing associate) and Olga Tajak (associate).
