WKB recommended in the IFLR1000 2023 ranking
In this year’s edition of the IFLR1000, WKB increased its position in the M&A (Tier 2) category and has maintained its position in five categories: Project Development: Power (Tier 2), Project development: Infrastructure (Tier 2), Project Finance (Tier 3), Capital Markets: Debt (Tier 3) and Banking (Tier 4).
Ten of WKB’s lawyers have been granted individual recommendations.
dr Jerzy Baehr was again distinguished as a Market Leader in Project Development and M&A, while four lawyers were recognized as Highly Regarded:
- Jakub Jędrzejak (Restructuring and insolvency, Banking, and M&A),
- Anna Wojciechowska (M&A),
- Maciej Szambelańczyk (Project development and M&A),
- Anna Flaga-Martynek (Project development). She was also recognized as a Women Leader.
Two of WKB’s lawyers have been recognised as Rising Stars Partners: Agata Szczepańczyk-Piwek in Banking and Finance and Capital Markets: Debt and Marta Midloch in Project Development.
Furthermore, three of WKB’s lawyers have been recognised as Rising Stars: Grzegorz Godlewski in M&A, Piotr Grabarczyk in Banking and Project Finance and Michał Kalicki in Banking and Restructuring and insolvency.
