Conducts cases with a focus on a criminal law, particularly white-collar crimes. Represents corporate and individual clients in criminal proceedings.

Advises clients on risks related to criminal liability and criminal tax liability arising from business activities.

Designs and implements internal compliance systems, with a particular emphasis on tools dedicated to counteracting corruption and obtaining information about irregularities (whistleblowers).

Conducts audits of compliance systems adopted by clients, providing advice on increasing the effectiveness of existing procedures.

Supports clients in conducting internal investigations.

Due to Agata’s expertise within criminal law, she conducts trainings for corporate clients, including in the field of: searches of premises and people, legal and financial threats to companies resulting from crimes committed within or with the use of the organisation.

Has experience in defamation cases and in matters related to press law.

Alumna of postgraduate studies in Penal Fiscal and Economic Criminal Law conducted at the Jagiellonian University.
