She specializes in intellectual property law, copyright law and broadly defined new technology law, with a particular focus on IT contracts. She has participated in the execution of IT transactions for leading Polish and foreign entities, including negotiating, drafting and providing opinions on contracts concerning, among others, implementation, service, maintenance and development of IT systems, as well as licensing and purchase of IT equipment.

She acquired her legal professional experience working at major Polish law firms as part of IP/TMT teams providing continuous legal advice in the IT area to some of Poland’s most important and largest companies – including, in particularly, the energy, fuel, telecommunications and insurance industries. She also worked as an in-house lawyer for a global provider of cloud solutions and ERP, EAM, FSM and ESM systems.

She graduated in Intellectual Property and New Media law at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She also studied at Freie Universität in Berlin as part of a student exchange program.
