An advocate and Senior Associate in WKB Lawyers based in Warsaw.   

She is a member of dispute resolution and arbitration team. 

Dominika specializes in construction, infrastructure and corporate disputes. She represents clients in commercial disputes before common courts and in investment and commercial arbitration. She has experience in international arbitration proceedings before the ICC, SCC, SAKIG arbitration tribunals as well as in investment arbitration.   

She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.    

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She holds a master’s degree (M1 & M2) in Droit des affaires from Université de Poitiers (France). She was awarded a scholarship at Université Paris – Panthéon – Assas in Paris. 

She is an arbitrator in competitions on the subject of commercial arbitration. 

She is co-author of the article ‘New Amendments on the Arbitrability of Corporate Disputes: Challenges and Risks’ published in the newsletter ‘ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin’.
