Legislative projects
- Expert to the government and/or parliament in legislative work on energy law, public procurement law, mandatory oil and gas stockpile legislation, special LNG terminal legislation, the nuclear law compact, the Collective Public Transportation Act, the Collective Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal Act.
On a long-term basis he has advised, among others:
- PGNiG on regulatory, tariffing, contracts, competition, public contracting matters
- EDF Polska in relation to the nuclear project, regulatory compliance, restructuring and public procurement
- Tauron Dystrybucja in relation to restructuring, regulatory compliance, model contracts, competition law
In the area of transactions he has advised, among others:
- PGNiG, Enea, Tauron and RWE Stoen on the unbundling of operators
- the major energy companies in Poland on the investments in new generating assets: the construction of a combined cycle gas and steam unit in Stalowa Wola realized by PGNiG and Tauron Group as well as Blachownia Power Plant by Tauron Wytwarzanie and KGHM Polska Miedź
- Energa and SPEC on the privatization
- PGNiG on the sale to Gaz System of the SPV established to build the Polish LNG terminal
- Górnośląski Zakład Energetyczny on the development of a legal concept for the restructuring of a group and its implementation
