Specialises in media law, in particular in the regulated area, as well as administrative proceedings.

For 12 years she held the position of Director of the Legal Department of the National Broadcasting Council. 

She has extensive experience in conducting court cases ( before common courts, the Supreme Court, administrative courts, the Constitutional Tribunal) in the field of broadcasting, including granting or amending broadcasting licences, penalties imposed on media service providers for violations of the Broadcasting Act.  

Her professional experience also includes the area of legislation, as well as issues related to the functioning of public radio and television broadcasting companies. 

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in ‘The Law of New Technologies’ at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
