Member of the Corporate Law and Corporate Governance team as well as the German Desk.
He has many years of experience in corporate law, specializing in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and intra-group restructurings. He regularly advises members of management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders on current and strategic matters, supporting both domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets.
He also gained experience as an in-house lawyer at an international IT corporation, where he advised on post-transaction integration processes. He served as Senior Legal Counsel at a global technology company, responsible for legal support for operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, he was General Counsel at a leading company in the automotive sector, where he was in charge of legal matters and compliance.
He is a graduate of Polish and German law studies at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), conducted in cooperation with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. As part of the Erasmus program, he also studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rotterdam. He completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, of which he is a member.
He is the author and co-author of publications in the field of commercial law and corporate law, including chapters dedicated to Poland in Mergers & Acquisitions. International Series, Shareholders’ Rights – In Private and Public Companies, Shareholders’ Rights.
