Represents clients in disputes regarding infrastructure investments, including those implemented on the basis of FIDIC standard contracts, M&A transactions, the performance of commercial contracts, and investment advisory;
Has experience in cases concerning business crimes, having represented both the accused and victims;
Advises on cross-border criminal matters, including those regarding European Arrest Warrants;
Also advises clients on transactions within insolvency and restructuring proceedings;
Arbitrator and co-organizer of the Lewiatan Arbitration Competition – the first and largest moot court Polish arbitration competition for trainee advocates and attorneys-at-law.

- consulting firms in a court case regarding an investment advisory agreement;
- shareholders in arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (SAKIG) in a dispute concerning an investment agreement;
- companies in the energy sector in disputes regarding a share sale agreement;
- the president of the management board of a company involved in the construction of expressways and motorways who was accused of collusive tendering;
- aviation companies, as the injured parties, in criminal cases concerning bomb threats on board an aircraft and at an airport;
- a foreign investor detained under an European Arrest Warrant;
- a Chinese company in criminal proceedings concerning a criminal fraud committed against it.
