- ČEZ on the Polish aspects of acquisition of a majority stake in Euroklimat company
- ENEA in relation to the conclusion of an investment agreement for the construction of a new coal-fired unit at the Ostrołęka Power Plant
- a foreign investor on the acquisition of a hard coal distributor
- publicly listed companies active in a variety of sectors in relation to the implementation/application of the Market Abuse Regulation and regarding issuers’ disclosure requirements
