Mateusz Krajewski is a banking transactional lawyer having many years of experience in various finance transactions, advising local and foreign financial institutions and investors, including mainly real estate finance, project finance and acquisition finance, as well as refinancing.
Mateusz has participated in numerous domestic and international projects, covering credit and security documentation, in particular LMA standard loan documentation, as well as coordinating all stages of the project, including supervising disbursement process and works of foreign advisors.
He has drafted legal opinions and memoranda concerning banking, finance and commercial law and has assisted in due diligence investigations on financing, corporate and real estate matters.
Before joining WKB law firm, he gained experience among others – for more than ten years – in banking and finance practice at Dentons (previously Salans).
He also completed ten-months long secondment with legal department of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
