supports clients in preventing and addressing the effects of potential violations of competition law and advises them on how to counteract prohibited practices of their competitors. Participates in notifications of planned transactions to merger control authorities. He also takes part in the implementations of compliance programs,

participated in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission concerning anti-competitive practices and merger control, including the largest proceedings of this type in Poland and in the region,

participated in court proceedings brought against competitors under private law, including one of the first private enforcement proceedings based on the provisions of the Act on claims for compensation for damage caused by a violation of competition law,

provided opinions on proposed legislative solutions in the field of competition and consumer protection laws,

completed postgraduate studies in competition law organized by the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the H. Grotius Intellectual Property Rights Center, 

he conducts trainings for entrepreneurs and classes in competition law at postgraduate studies on the law of new technologies,

member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law.
