Has experience in international arbitration proceedings conducted before, among others, the ICC, SCC, Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (SAKIG), and investment arbitration tribunals;
Arbitrator and coach in commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration competitions;
Recommended in the Legal 500 EMEA 2019. Laureate of the “Rising Stars Prawnicy-liderzy jutra” competition run by Wolters Kluwer and the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna;

- wind farms and the banks financing their investments in proceedings regarding the determination of the invalidity of long-term sales agreements of, so-called, “green certificates”;
- the general contractor of expressways and motorways in disputes with the State Treasury – the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) and their sub-contractors;
- foreign investors in disputes with the State Treasury regarding claims resulting from bilateral investment treaties;
- aviation companies in disputes with a cross-border element;
- respondents in proceedings for damages caused by competition law violations (so-called “private enforcement” proceedings);
- an automotive company sued in a class action.
