She specializes in copyright and new technology law with a particular focus on IT contracts, issues related to the use of technology in regulated sectors (including the financial and medical sectors) and cybersecurity. She works on projects related to the implementation and use of artificial intelligence within organizations. She is also involved in open source software license audits and technology transactions.   

She gained experience while working at international and Polish law firms in the Technology and Data Protection/IP/TMT teams. 

Paulina pursued a student exchange program at the University of Paris II Assas and obtained a Master 2 degree in French business law organized in cooperation between the University of Warsaw and the University of Poitiers. She also completed the CopyrightX course in American copyright law organized by Harvard Law School and the Berkman Center for Internet & Society.

She is the author of publications in the field of new technology law, in particular on the implications of artificial intelligence in copyright law or the AI Act.
